The Marvel Games panel at San Diego Comic-Con is wrapping up and, as expected, there was more revealed for the upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive, Marvel's Spider-Man. Much of what was revealed was behind closed doors to the captive audience in Hall H, but Sony did release an all-new story trailer shortly after the panel concluded.
The trailer offers some new looks at Mayor Norman Osborn, who has employed the services of Silver Sable and her Wild Pack to hunt down Spidey. Yes, just because he's seemingly gone legit by holding public office, Norman's antipathy towards Spider-Man is as high as ever, as he's targeted him as a vigilante. Players also take a look at Spidey's supporting cast, Miles Morales and Mary-Jane Watson, who further teases her own playable stages.
Thursday's panel also revealed some new information regarding Spidey's suits. Those present at the panel got to check out the game's opening cinematic, which showed Spider-Man starting out in his original costume before a battle at Wilson Fisk's complex necessitated the change to the costume's current design.
Attendees also got a first look at the Velocity Suit, designed by Marvel artist Adi Granov. There are few details at the moment about what the suit does, but it's a grittier, more metallic look for everyone's favorite webhead.

On top of that, Sony also confirmed the existence of the Marvel's Spider-Man PS4 Pro bundle, which will include the game, a red 1TB PlayStation Pro with the new Spider-Man suit logo, and a red DualShock 4 controller. This bundle will retail for $399.99 and will release the same day as the game.
There's a lot to get excited about in Marvel's Spider-Man, along with some exciting unanswered questions. Look for Marvel's Spider-Man to swing onto PS4 on September 7.
